On the 27th of September 2010 Sapphire Solutions Limited, acquired DRG Technology.

My name is Andre Southgate and I am the Managing Director of Sapphire Solutions Limited. We have been in business for 10 years. Many of the clients we look after today, I have been fortunate enough to know and support for 14+ years.

I want  to welcome you to the Sapphire family and assure you that our intention is to ensure you will only notice positive changes from  when Paul and his team looked after your IT.

Going forward, we intend to offer you the same high levels of service and support you have come to expect, and in line with our mission statement, find ways to help you get even more from your technology.

We hope you will allow us to be involved in the strategic planning of your IT requirements, letting us know how we can assist in making your business more successful. We offer a considerable breadth of experience in planning, disaster recovery, increasing productivity, deployment and support of ALL areas of IT. I take great pride in our consideration of the cost benefits we bring to each proposal you will get from us and any product we supply.
We are truly excited about this expansion. We are pleased to let you know that Alex Grant, one of the staff from DRG Technology is joining us. Many of you will have met and hopefully feel comfortable with him already.

We will be continuing to honour the support contracts you might have in place with DRG, and hopefully even be able to improve those in some areas to increase your value for money.

It can be unsettling when things change, and I am happy to discuss any concerns any of you might have related to the changeover.
